Sponsorship Packages
We here at Manchester are looking for track sponsors, class sponsors, or sign sponsors for the 2012 racing season.
We the owners of Manchester Speedway have owned, operated, funded the track, and the money races we have had in the past 20 yrs. The 2012 season will mark 22 yrs. of great Saturday night racing action for the whole family for all to enjoy. All the sponsors we can get would be gratefully appreciated.
Manchester Speedway is located 2.4 miles off I-24 in Manchester, TN., just off Hwy.55 at 1740 Old Tullahoma Hwy. behind Ralphs Body Shop and Towing. The track is a 1/6 mile moderate to high banked red clay oval. Providing excellent racing for the racers and their families for the past 21 yrs. We have Multiple classes here at the track as of now, ranging from the rookie novice driver 7 yrs. old to adult stock/modified classes for age 15 and up. We have kids classes in different age groups they are Jr. 1( 7-12 yrs. old), Jr. _ (13-15) these classes motors are restricted with restricter plates on motors. The adult classes are stock super heavy, stock heavy, stock medium, stock lite, Clone 330, Clone375(clone classes are a Low cost Economy class), these classes are separated by weight limits. The modified classes have different engine rules than stock classes and are a lot faster. The average speed of an adult stock kart is about 60 mph, the modifieds run 70 to 80 mph on our track.
Track facilities include: Full Service Concession Stand with excellent food with reasonable prices, portable bathrooms cleaned weekly as of now (planning on building some. Sponsor money will be Used for Track Improvements Along with sponsoring Money Races), reserved parking for sponsors, plenty of bleacher seating on pits/grandstand side for race fans. High quality P.A. System for fans to hear the sponsor advertisements.

Title Sponsor $1,000:
Welcome to the (your company name) Customer Appreciation Night
As a Title Sponsor you will be the race day sponsor. This advertising sponsorship will include the following:
1. (1) Sponsor pass good for 4 pit passes, for your sponsorship each night of this season.
2. One (1) On Track Sign (4 x 10) located along run-off room along back stretch and turns 3 and 4.
3. Recognition as track advertising partner (P.A. Announcements) each night.
4. Employee's of your company and customers show proof at the front gate and will recieve half off on all pitt passes.
5. Your Website Link or logo for recognition as advertising partner for entire season on our website www.manchesterspeedwaytn.com
6. Reserved parking spot for the season.
Class Sponsor $1,000:
This advertising sponsorship is for a class of karts for the entire 2011 season. Prize money awarded in your chosen class will include your name as the class sponsor on each prize money envelope. (9 classes available)
This sponsorship will include the following:
1.(1)Sponsor pass good for 4 pit passes, for every race of this season.
2. One (1) On Track Sign (4 x 10) located along run-off room along back stretch and turns 3 and 4.
3. Recognition as Class Sponsor during Class Race, Recognition as advertising partner (P.A. Announcements) multiple times nightly.
4. Your Website Link or logo for recognition as advertising partner for entire season on our website www.manchesterspeedwaytn.com.
5. Reserved parking spot for the season.
Sign Package 1:
The largest signs are located on the track along the safety run-off room on the back stretch and in the turns 3 and 4. Highly visible by all spectators, these are the prime locations for your advertising needs.
$600 There are 25 available track signs. Our track signs are 4 x 10
This sponsorship will include the following:
1.(1) Sponsor pass good for 2 pit passes, for every race of this season. Except on special events.
2. One (1) On Track Sign (4 x 10) located along run-off room along back stretch and turns 3 and 4.
3. Recognition as track advertising partner (P.A. Announcements) multiple times nightly
4. Your Website Link or logo for recognition as advertising partner for entire season on our website.
5. Reserved parking spot for the season
Sign Package 2:
Located on the back of the pit/spectator grandstands this location gives excellent visibility to the pit/spectator area and to the facility as a whole from the track entrance/exit driveway to the pits, and spectators will pass it on way from pits to concession stand and on their way back to pits and spectators seats.
$350 There are 8 Grandstand signs. These signs are 44-48 x 48.
This sponsorship will include the following:
1. (1) Sponsor pass good for 1 pit pass, for every race of this season.
2. Recognition as advertising partner (P.A. Announcements) multiple times nightly.
3. Your Website Link or logo for recognition as advertising partner for entire season on our website www.manchesterspeedwaytn.com.
4. Reserved parking spot for the season.
Sign Package 3:
Another one of this years sign placement is at the Tech Barn. Visible from the grandstands, pits and passed by each kart exiting the track and as racers pull across scales. $350 There are 2 Tech Barn signs available. These signs are 44-48 x 48.
This sponsorship will include the following:
1. (1) Sponsor pass good for 1 pit pass, for every race of this season.
2. Recognition as advertising partner (P.A. Announcements) multiple times nightly.
3. Your Website Link or logo for recognition as advertising partner for entire season on our website www.manchesterspeedwaytn.com.
4. Resrved parking spot for the season.
